How do I get started?
Create an account with email (or callsign, which we look up via QRZ), then sign in and open the dashboard. Link your callsign in the dashboard to use APRS features like the map, beacon, and message viewer.
Why does my email/callsign need to match QRZ?
We use QRZ as a source of truth to keep the platform secure and prevent callsign fraud. Your account email and linked callsign should match what’s on your QRZ profile. We may automatically correct linkage if it doesn’t match.
My callsign was unlinked or transferred. Why?
We check callsign ownership against QRZ at login. If the email on QRZ for your callsign matches another account (or doesn’t match yours), we may transfer or unlink the callsign and notify you. See our Terms and the dispute process if you believe this was in error.
Where are subscriptions and billing?
Subscription and payment options are available from the dashboard and pricing page. Billing is handled securely; we do not store your full card details.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
You can request data export or account deletion from the dashboard or by contacting us. We process requests in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (e.g. GDPR).
When will I get a response?
We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours. For urgent issues, choose "High" or "Urgent" priority when submitting the form, or email us directly at admin@gearsmen.app.
